Since 2006, the Soft City Collective, has been keeping the project going in various forms, with a few breaks here and there for babies (2 sets of twins!) and individual projects.

Over the years they have worked with Bunch, Doors Open Toronto, Toronto Free Gallery, The Power Plant, Toronto WinterCity, The CNE and most recently they ran a drop in workshop at the AGO during March Break 2012.

They have also made videos, received an Ontario Arts Council grant, and are forever developing other innovative projects (see PlushTV) to engage and inspire the young, and the young at heart.

Summer 2005ish we started meeting. Just some friends, hanging out, sewing buildings. Back then we were known as UPBAG. The group consisted of Yvonne Ng, Catherine Stinson, Rose Bianchini, Jason van Horne, and Sarah Couture McPhail. Our first "show" was Alley Jaunt, and our first workshop was for "Come Up to My Room" at the Gladstone. We would go on to do many others. Then Yvonne moved to New York City, and Catherine moved to Germany.
